Carlye O. Jimerson


Carlye O. Jimerson is an associate with Rhodes Hieronymus in civil litigation. She has extensive trial experience including complex commercial litigation. Carlye earned her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University in 1979 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1995, where she was elected to the Order of the Barristers. Active in community assistance programs, she has represented underprivileged children in juvenile court, and she has worked pro bono with Legal Services of Northeastern Oklahoma helping clients in family law and criminal matters. She is Past President of the Federal Bar Association chapter for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations and the American Inns of Court. Ms. Jimerson also serves on the University Of Tulsa Law School Alumni Board.


Burt B. Holmes


Holmes received a bachelor's of Science in business degree from the University of Tulsa in 1954. He founded Burt B. Holmes and Associates, which later became the Holmes Organization Inc. He sold the company in 1998 and remains a consultant.

Holmes co-founded the Quiktrip Corporation. He currently serves as a director of the boards of Quiktrip and LIC Corp. He also is the president and director of Leaders Life Insurance Company, American Institute of Medical Technology and National Occupational Health Services. His past business ventures include serving as founder, owner or director of Hurricane Trading Company, Gas Energy Development Co., Day Schools Inc., Healthfood Associates / Akin's, Utica National Bank of Commerce. He also promoted Tulsa 's first high-rise suburban office building, Southland Financial Center .

Holmes is past chairman and director emeritus of the TU Board of Trustees; past chairman and director of the Gilcrease Museum Association, the TU Alumni Association and Family and Children's Services; former director of Tulsa Philharmonic, Palmer Drug Abuse Program and Thornton Family Y; current director of Phillips Theological Seminary and Greenwood Cultural Center.


Greg Price


Greg Price is proud to be an Oklahoma. Shortly after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in accounting, he began his career with Oklahoma Tank Lines, a company his father founded in 1966. Today Greg serves as President of the combined companies, Oklahoma Tank Lines / United Petroleum Transports, and is active in numerous civic and trade organizations. Greg and his wife Donna live in Jones, Oklahoma. He has three sons; Matthew, David and James. “I had the privilege of being Wayman’s friend, our love for Sooner basketball serving as the catalyst for the friendship.”


Larry C. Payne


Larry C. Payne retired in August 2009 with over 36 years in the Energy Industry and is currently working as a consultant for a private equity firm.  Formerly , Mr. Payne served as President and Chief Operating Officer of SemStream, L.P.  SemStream is a midstream company involved in natural gas liquids supply and marketing; terminal operations; production marketing for refiners and gas plant operators; and risk management services for end users.  Prior to joining SemGroup and forming SemStream , Payne was Vice President of Commodity Management for Williams Midstream Marketing and Risk Management LLC. Pr ior to Williams , Larry was Vice President of Natural Gas Liquids Supply, Trading and Risk Management for Texaco NGL.

Larry 's experience in the industry is diverse.  Over the last 20 years, he has served in key senior level positions .  Areas of responsibility have included Retail Propane Supply; Commodity Hedging and Risk Management; Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) Supply and Marketing; P etrochemical M arketing; and management of various NGL assets , such as , terminals, pipelines, fractionators, storage s and transportation equipment.

Larry received his BS degree from Grambling State University and his MBA from Texas Southern University.  Larry has served on many industry and community boards and currently serves on the statewide Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma and the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless .


Weldon L. Tisdale, Sr.


Weldon L. Tisdale, Sr. of Tulsa , Oklahoma was born in Fort Worth , Texas to the late Rev. Dr. Louis L. Tisdale and Mrs. Deborah Tisdale.  He is the brother of Wayman L. Tisdale , Sr .

Mr. Tisdale is a 1978 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa , OK . After graduation from Booker T . Washington, he attend ed Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Organizational Behavior in 1982.  He went on to attend Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where he received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.   In 2006, he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University. 

For the past twelve years, Mr. Tisdale has served as the Senior Pastor of Friendship Church in Tulsa , OK .  P rior to becoming Pastor, Mr. Tisdale was employed by The Williams Companies' Communications Group as Manager of Business Development with responsibilities including merger and acquisitions, and corporate planning and development.  He has worked as a sports representative for professional athletes and business consultant. 

He and his wife, Demetria, have been married for twenty-three years a nd have two children, Whitney (22 ) and Weldon, Jr. “Chip” ( 15 ). 


Tommy Tubbs


Tommy Tubbs was a teammate of Wayman Tisdale at the University of Oklahoma during the 1982-83, 1983-84 and 1984-85 seasons. 

Seeing and being apart of every Collegiate game that Wayman ever played in, Tubbs became a Tisdale fan for life. 
He was helpful in assisting Wayman become the first, First Team All-American, as a Freshman, in College Basketball History. Then watching Wayman earn the same All American status as a Sophmore and Junior, making him the only three time All American ever, at that time. 

The son of former Oklahoma Sooner head Basketball coach, Billy Tubbs, Tommy is currently living in Oklahoma City with his wife of 20 years Ann and daughters Hannah and Katie. 

After following in his fathers footsteps in college coaching he decided to move back to OKC and settle down with family. 
In 1997 he went into medical sales working with Orthopedic Surgeons and Neurosurgeons. 
Helping people is truely his calling. 

After hearing the dreams of Wayman and Regina Tidsdale with the Wayman L. Tisdale Foundation he is dedicated in helping see those dreams come true in assisting others less fortunate receive limbs that they might not be able to afford otherwise. 
Tommy is extremely proud of the fact that Wayman Tisdale was recently honored by the State of Oklahoma's Hall of Fame and also inducted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame.   


Marla Mayberry


Marla Mayberry received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the historical Langston University. She went on to obtain her Masters degree at the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations with a concentration in Organizational Development.  She is currently pursuing a Master's of Divinity from Phillips Theological Seminary.

Marla joined the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League (MTUL) in 1999 and served in the capacities of Employment Counselor, Program Director for the Education and Youth Development Department, and Vice-President of Operations. In 2002, she transitioned to the Hutcherson YMCA to become the Executive Director.  Her successes in this role include her involvement with the Capital Campaign where she helped raise 6.1 million dollars, the Facility and Staff Restructuring Project and the Designing and Implementation of the New Building. Recently Marla decided to reunite with the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League (MTUL) team as President and CEO. Her objective is to rebuild resilience, financial strength and the bridge between MTUL and the Tulsa community with the support of her staff and Board of Directors.

While working at MTUL and fulfilling the roles of mother and wife, Marla finds time to participate in the PTA at her daughters' schools.  Additionally, she serves on the Carver Middle School Foundation Board, Human Rights Commission City of Tulsa Board, Leadership Tulsa Class 34, North Tulsa Economic Development Initiative, North Tulsa Development Council, and the 2025 Vision Commission.  She is also a member in the Tulsa Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Antioch Baptist Church.
